At Riah Salon we often feel it is better to give than to receive. We have designed a program just for you to reward you for your loyalty. Riah Rewards are tracked electronically in our database that can be accumulated for dollar amounts toward services in the salon! This is a free program and is presented as a courtesy to all our guests.
By being a guest at Riah Salon you are automatically enrolled in "Riah Rewards" and you are already earning points. Riah Rewards are accumulated through everyday transactions. Below is a list of the various ways you can accumulate reward points and their value.
A $25 credit is placed on your account in our database to be redeemed towards your services after you have accumulated 2000 points. Credits are issued at the first of the following month, after you reach your 2000 points. You may keep track of your point total by logging on to your online account.
Riah Reward Point balances for purchases and pre-schedules reservations expire on February 28th of each year. Client referral points never expire.
Points or $25 credits cannot be exchanged between guests of the salon.
Riah Reward Points can only be earned on services and retail. Riah Reward Points cannot be earned on gift card purchases, gratuities or wedding party referrals. Riah Reward Points are redeemable for services only and cannot be redeemed for cash, retail or gratuity.
